After a hectic week-end at the Introduction Leaders Program Third week-end and the journey from New York to Bangalore, got to run again today. Ran 3 miles at the Jayaprakash Narayan Park today morning; finished at a surprisingly good time of 32:05 minutes. I guess my motivation to complete was high as I was running in my neighborhood - where people look up to me as a Hero!
