Good run today!
Completed 3 miles in 31:50 - not quite my best time, but close. Took walking breaks at each mile. I should go for 10 minute per mile pace for the 3 miles by next week.
Walked / jogged on the board walk from Rutkowski Park to Bayonne Park, did stretching exercises, and started running from the entrance of Bayonne park to the running tracks. Ran on the Running track till I reached around 2.75 miles and then started running back towards the entrance.
Walked all the way back to the car - stopping on the way to stretch.
Looking forward to tomorrow's 5 Mile run at 5:30 AM in Central Park.
